Shirley comes from a technical, clinical background in healthcare culminating in her moving into General Management with responsibility for a world famous Neurosciences Hospital – this equipped her very well to deal with highly complex and demanding business cultures and teams. Shirley holds the following qualifications:

● Accredited Certified Coach, from the International Coach Federation

● Diploma in Coaching, accredited with Oxford and Cambridge Board

● Trained assessor and supervisor for Diploma in Coaching, ILM level 7
